LIQUORICE CARABILIZERS

A classic cake that can quickly be thrown together (Approx. 20 pieces)

INGREDIENTS

150 g butter
1 1/2 dl granulated sugar
3 tsp Liquorice powder from Asia
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons of syrup
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 1/2 dl wheat flour

PREPERATION

1. Set the butter out so that it has time to soften
2. Mix butter, sugar, liquorice powder, syrup, vanilla sugar in a bowl
3. Mix the baking powder and flour together thoroughly and then add it to the butter mixture
4. Roll out the dough into 3-4 lengths and flatten them on a sheet lined with baking paper
5. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175° for 10-12 minutes
6. Cut the cakes diagonally immediately after they have come out of the oven. Allow to cool
